Locked myself out after amending file path settings – HELP!!!

Hi there,

I messed up by altering the file path in the settings. It was xyx.com/wpblog then I added in index.php to xyx.com/wpblog/index.php and now I can’t login to my admin page.

Tried this xyx.com/wpblog/index.php/wp-admin/admin.php but it keeps redirecting me back to xyx.com/wpblog/index.php.

Would be much obliged if someone can point me to the right solution. Thanks a bunch!
