After unlocking all accesses of my “Block” page, my access to my website, FTP and cPanel was disabled from my IP.

I accessed the cpanel from my iPhone and followed your instructions on how to remove Wordfence from the database and it didn’t make any changes, actually it damaged the website.

    Someone please help! circuspt.com

  • Hi @pedrobsj,

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue.

When you say “actually it damaged the website” what do you mean? Do you get a specific error message when you try to access your site?

Were you able to rename the Wordfence directory? Did you install the Wordfence Assistant plugin?

Please provide as much detail as possible on the issue so we can help you get your site up and running again.

If however, for whatever reason, you are still experiencing this issue and it is not resolved please respond to the post, which will move it back up the queue, and mark this topic as “not resolved”.

    Thank you.
