Locked Out

  • I do not have access to my backend of my site. Please Help! I do not know what to do as it has been a month since I’ve locked myself out of my website. To make matters worse, I’ve throttled my Public IP address and the server address I am using as well. I have more than one plugin which would probably affect the capability to regain access to my website which is https://www.BlueGrassSitters.com.
    I have installed Cloud365 and s2Members plug-in as well as Wordfence, all in all I believe I have 32 plugins for my site. Is there any way I can regain access if I had to reformat my pc to original factory settings. Thus, when explaining what to do, please do it in “dummy format” because that may be the way I might understand. Thank you very much for any help you can provide.
