• I downloaded this plugin and activated it. Now I can not log in because I do not receive a verification E-Mail.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. When you configured 2FA for the first time, did you receive the email with the 2FA verification code so you can confirm the 2FA setup? If you did then it could be that the 2FA code email that the plugin is sending when trying to log in is being tagged as spam. Did you check your spam folder?

    If you are still locked out and cannot figure a way around this, you can manually deactivate the plugin, log in, and once you log in contact us so we can help you troubleshoot the issue.

    Basically you need to install a plugin such as Email Log to confirm when the plugin is sending the email etc.
