    We have replied to your support ticket to help you solve this issue. Unfortunately more often than not this problem is not something we can control; the plugin sends the email but there are email deliverability issues or the email is tagged as spam. I am pretty confident you’ll find the problem.

    We would really appreciate it if you update this review once you solve this issue.
