Locked Out

    I’ve been completely locked out out of my account. I have tried to reset the password but then I get notice that I have to enable cookies for WordPress which it is enabled. I have no idea how to get in. I also tried to get unlocked and I get an error saying Invalid key provided for authentication. How can I get back into my account? Any help appreciated.

    Hi @lonwofl10, I see you’ve been locked out of your site. Could you please send a screenshot of the error you’re seeing? Then, please follow the steps in this article to disable the plugin modules temporarily and re-access your site: How Do I Disable All Features If I Can’t Access My Site?
