• Locked out of accessing NextGen website to download Pro plugin. I need to delete and reinstall all NextGen plugins again, and wanted to download a fresh copy. I try to log in, the site times out, then after next attempt it tells me I’ve tried too many times and I’m locked out. The page to resend unlock email times out, no email sent. When I reload it says go way for 3 minutes before trying again. I am stuck.

    My internet connection is fine. I am able to log in everywhere else, no issues. Speedtest shows good connection, Java Script activated, no ad blockers in use. Browsers tried: Safari 8.0.3. and Firefox 36.0.1.

    The Contact page doesn’t load for me at all, on any browser, and I’ve already gone through all the steps in the Support section to get an email sent for unlocking. Nothing works at this time.

    @davidpreiser – If you have still not received a reply and/or were not able to get through to us, please try again. Our servers were under a DDoS attack and we may still have been working to thwart it.
