  • 13 hours later… Is it working yet?

It sounds like it’s another plugin like Better WP Security or Wordfence causing this issue.

To my knowledge, TML does not have the functionality to lock out users built in.

Do you have any active security plugins? You may have to use FTP to deactivate/remove them.

TML does have brute force protection in the security module. However, when you get locked out, you should receive an email with a link to unlock yourself.

I have the same problem, you have to rename plugin name with your ftp (eg : theme-my-login2), then go back to wp-admin, it will work

I also have another issue with Lockout, i need to fix this issue as soon as possible. all the users get “Account Locked” notifications everyday. but user can login some times without unlock.

    Please give us solution ASAP.
    Thank You!
