Locked Out After Update

    I hope someone can help me, I am currently trying to update one of my websites

    Current Version 3.9.14

    The update seems to go through fine, it then takes me back to the login screen to login again, I do this but then it just comes back up with the login screen again

    I have got my web people to roll it back before I did the update so I can still use it now back on 3.9.14

    Has anyone else seen this before an how can you fix this please
