Locked Out after Upgrade

  • Yes – hostgator is locking me out continuously after the last upgrade to S2 member. It’s very frustrating because I have members who can’t access their pages, they keep getting a 403 forbidden error code.

    Hostgator says that the S2 member plugin is hitting their CPU excessively which causes an automatic lockdown of my site.

    I host with Dreamhost and the issue has since gone away but knowing that s2 takes up a lot of load makes me worry.

    “A lot of load”? What do you mean? What’s the worry? And what’s it got to do with being locked out?
