Locked out AGAIN by Rublon and can’t get into website

  • What is going on with getting locked out of my websites on computers that I’ve been using for years?

    Honestly, this is a brutal situation. I’m going to uninstall Rublon should I ever get back into the website.

    I am so upset about this. I received your email where you suggest the system isn’t perfect and relies too much on cookies. Well, I have another suggestion – maybe your system gets confused by VPN use too. I was running a VPN when this latest lock out happened.

    I tried using the reset password option and Rublon still locks me out. Absolutely ridiculous.

    You have some very serious flaws in your software.
