Locked out and cannot disable defender?

    Hi,

    For unknown reason defender banned our ip & locked us out, but usually we login from another ip and unban it, but this time just banned any ip we tried! So, we renamed the folder to defender-security-off” in order to login with wp-admin us we are using a mask, but we received “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” and when we rename back the folder to “defender-security” we get “This feature is disabled”!
    Any idea?
    (just to mention, that we are behind cloudflare – enabled dev mode in order to disable cache, wp-rocket (delete the cache folder) and opcache(delete cache from command line) and it is a wordpress multisite)

    Hi there @marinblu

    I just tried accessing your site and it loaded for me with no lockout issues.

    So if you are still seeing the lockout message with CF in dev-mode and all caches cleared/disabled, it might just be browser cache. Have you tried from a different browser, or an incognito/private window?

    If you still cannot access the site, you can try removing your IP address from the [your-db-prefix]_defender_lockout table in your database. Then, once you’re in again, be sure to add your IP to the IP Allowlist in the Firewall settings.
