locked out, can’t reset password captcha

    Please can you help – I’ve been locked out of my account and can’t reset password because the captcha won’t load. I can’t delete the FTP file when I can’t access account – help!!

  • Unfortunately, you’ve come to the wrong section for your question. You are writing in the support forum of a 9 year old plugin called “Email”.

    Your request would normally be better placed in the public support forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/forums/

    Regarding your problem: you would have to delete the plugin that embeds the captcha via FTP. This seems to be “si-captcha-for-wordpress”, which you should find under /wp-content/plugins/si-captcha-for-wordpress/. If you have problems with the FTP connection, contact your hoster’s support.
