locked out due to Are You Sure you want to do this

    HI,

    Please help me.
    I have also contacted Hostgator to delete learn press and deactivate not sure what to do…….

    Can you fix on your end?

    This morning I tried to unpublish a profile page created in learn press….i got a message are you sure you want to do this?

    I tried again and probably due to an error that the file had too many connections to be deleted

    My admin log in shows “are you sure you want to do this” page

    My opening page to website shows Are you sure you want to do this

    anything connected to my site now shows this page and I have no access…

    I just launched a little campaign and now people can not visit my site

    How can I log into QP?
    How can I deactivate Learn Press Until I figure this out?
    Do I need to uninstall and install again?

    Please help! my website is down!

  • You can deactivate LearnPress and check if the problem happen again? I am not sure this problem cause by LearnPress because I can find where your message come from in the LearnPress source code.

    However, your site have not crush so please update the latest version of LearnPress. And if you don’t understand the code deeply, please contact us if you want to customize some functions. We will try our best to figure a solution for you.
