Locked out even when my IP is whitelisted…

Haven’t logged into a site since updates and was presented with a lock out, followed by the “Your browsers…sent an invalid token”.
Tried other browser, cleared cache, then disabled all plugins except for WordFence and when I log out, immediate get the lockout screen.
Ideas?
