Hi, due to the change of my mobile I lost the google authenticator entry for my wordfence central page and unfortunately I don’t have the recovery codes available. How can I reset the 2FA authentication to get my login possibility back?
    Thanks for feedback

Hi, you cant deactivate the plugin and try login, and after re-config the authentication 2fa width your new phone.

if you have access to Cpanel or files of your site, you cant go to wp-content > plugins and rename the Wordfence folder to deactivating it

Hi @wfadam I’ve hit upon the similar snag, but this time my current authenticator app has now crashed and I have no way of getting into WC. Can I also get in touch with you?
