Locked out of account

  • Hi could someone please explain and also give me a solution as to my why I cannot login to my WordPress site? It has been transferred to someone else also name server has changed so the site is down what could this problem with me being administer and the other user being editor but she can get access. Also my email is not being recognised could this mean me being a user has been deleted??

  • either your account was hacked or it got expired due to non payment of domain charges.

    can you include a link to your site, so that others can see the problem?
