Locked out of account, no email sent with security code!

    I’m trying to log in to my wordpress dashboard. My username and password are accepted, but then another screen pops up asking for a security code that was sent to my email. It wasn’t sent. This has nothing to do with 2FA. I don’t have that enabled.

    Please help! And please make this stop happening!
