Locked out of admin!

    The cusstom login link throws a 403 error access denied. To throw salt to the wound, plugin directories in ftp are hidden, the settings folder in uploads is also hidden. At the moment I can’t access the database to remove options so completely locked out!

    Options enabled are the custom login url, brute force protection with cockies and some other minor settigns. No firewall was enbled.

    Any ideas how can I disable the plugin or reset all settings via FTP? I have access to directories, .htaccess (there is no reference of the plugin there) also the config file has nothing written on it.

    I tried many of the solutions proposed in different forums but nothing has worked so far.

    Sorry for late reply.

    If you are getting 403 error for login it might be issue of login whitelist ip.

    do you have IP whitelist enabled and IP got changed ?

    define( ‘AIOS_DISABLE_LOGIN_WHITELIST’, true ); in wp-config.php and try.

    Let me know if still the issue.
