Locked out of all functionality and cannot find/access Developer Mode (Settings)

    Hi,

    I am hoping I can get some assistance.

    I installed the pluggin and activated it.
    Instantley I was locked out of all functionality within.
    I cannot access content wihtin Dashboard, Post, Settings etc…

    I can see the menu options but that is all.

    Under ‘Settings’ I canot see “Developer Mode” listed at all and therefore canot even update my own settingds to be a “Developer”

    BTW: I am goign from memory re my wordpress version – hope I got it right.

    Any advice on how to extract my self formthe “lockout”.

    Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.

    The plugin does not function in WordPress versions below 3.1 because the WP_User_Query class was not available before that version. It was wrongly stated that the plugin would function with at least WordPress 3.0. I have released a new version for which the minimum WordPress version was updated.

    As for your current problem: the easiest solution is to remove the plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/developer-mode/ completely, for example via FTP. After that, I would suggest that you update WordPress to the latest version, provided that it doesn’t break your site by itself :-).
