    Hi,

I’m a paid plugin user, and raised this request on the end of existing support Ticket: 011964 about 20 hours ago (one of my two open support tickets). Unfortunately because my older ticket hasn’t been closed, I can’t raise a new support request as I wanted to (I’m limited to 2 tickets), so I added this help request to the end of Ticket: 011964

Can you help me get this resolved quickly? Thanks in advance.

We migrated a WP site under development yesterday from it’s development domain to its live domain. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise that I needed to deactivate the licence key for AR Member against the dev site first , and then apply/ reactivate it against the migrated site/ once we’d set everything up against the new domains (note the physical files and IP haven’t moved: just the domains/ DNS pointing).

As such, we’ve run into a problem where the plugin is now disabled/ broken.

I tried to use the contact form within the plugin itself, including the link that offers a license reset, but neither appear to be working: it’s likely because of the domain change or I’m not supply the right contact details.

Thanks very much for your help,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
