Locked Out of Login Page by JetPack

Get this message as soon as I try to login. Not my IP address and it asks for an email, which I don’t trust. “Your IP address 173.254.xx.xx has been flagged for potential security violations”
I followed the instructions on Jetpack support and whitelisted my IP address but am still locked out.
