Locked out of my own blog – wrong IP address

Today I couldn’t access my own blog. I got this error:

So I clicked the “Fix the problem myself” link and got this:
Your IP address appeared on the third-party Project Honey Pot list as a source of spam or other malicious activity.
To resolve this problem, first clean your computer of viruses and other malware. Then, click the link below to visit Project Honey Pot and request removal of your IP address.
Project Honey Pot listing for 74.125.183.195
Apparently my IP address is 74.125.183.195, but it’s not! I checked https://www.whatismyip.com/ and my IP is 96.59.26.150 and there’s no proxy. So apart from disabling Bad Behavior, is there anything I can do?
