Locked out of my own site due to WordPress.com sign in

I have a multi-site install. I updated Jetpack and it told me I could log in with WordPress, so I did….only now every time I try to log in to the main site on my network it tells me I do not have priviliges to do this and gives me no way of even attempting to log in to it….help!
