locked out of my site

I just activated the redirection plugin and was simply clicking on the plugin headers to get information and better understand the plugin. Then I immediately locked out of my site and can not log back in. I use ithemes security and so was kicked out based on those settings. I logged into my host and deleted the plugin but am still locked out. Any suggestions other than deleting the ithemes security plugin or waiting until the lockout period is over?
