Locked out of my site! Problem

    Hi

    {I have posted this in your official forum on December 02/14, but got no response yet – and its truly making things difficult]

    Congrats on an amazing plugin and hope you grow this to total success!

    I have installed and activated Usersultra. The plugin work well, but I find I am locked out of my site and not allowed to log back in. This I have tried on a number of occasions. To get back in to my admin I have to physically disable my plugins folder in Cpanel and have been doing so to check and recheck if the login works. [I have tried it with different login credentials and on 2 websites]. It is really frustrating and I am thinking about removing this plugin – and would like to know if you can assist in sorting this out, as I like this product, and what it offers.

    Additionally the Social login: i.e., Twitter and Google are acting up and does not work. They simply direct me back to the index/home page. [Facebook and Yahoo works]

    If you posted your issue on our forums about 48 hours that’s a normal delay.

    I’d recommend you waiting for a reply on our forums. We will need to exchange some private information in order to find out what’s going on.

    Here on WP forums we cannot exchange private information.

    We will need temporal WP admin credentials.

    Please update your topi with WP admin credentials.

    Don’t forget to mark the reply as “private”

    I have tried to log into the official forums again, but I cannot seem to get in. I am sure I have the right access details but I cannot get in. I resorted to try to reset my password but that link does not work at all for me ?? Kinda strange. So I cannot post anything in the forums anyway. I am not sure how to resolve this as I don’t know how to submit my site access details to you.

    Could you please advise?

    I apologize for the delay. Our forums was under hacker attack over the past 3 days. We had to harden it. That might be the issue.

    Could you please try to login or request a new password again?
