Locked out of my website after installing WP 2FA

  • Hello,

    after installing the WP 2FA plugin, I cannot login to my website’s admin anymore. I receive the 2FA code via email, but my website doesn’t show the input field for the 2FA code. It only displays a WP logo and a back button.

    Thank you very much for using our plugin.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. Can you please answer the below questions to help us troubleshoot the issue?

    1) Do you use the default WordPress login page or a custom one?
    2) Do you have any post-login redirects in place?
    3) When you log in, are you redirected to the default WordPress dashboard or do you have a custom user portal?

    The plugin should support all of the above right out of the box, but sometimes there might be some conflicts that might be causing these issues.
