locked out of new blog

  • on November 28 I signed up and got a new site in order to get rolling the site is https://1433.startwp.org/ i cannot reset the password

    I stareted editing this thing, it even has my photo from my other blog with you guys mostperfectchaos.com

    please help! I wanted to purchase an upgradede plan for this new site and get rid of my old blog
