Locked out of own website

I installed this plug-in only to be locked out of my own site. I have no idea what happened — I whitelisted my IP address and am using the same machine that logged in and setup the plug-in less than a day ago.

This is clearly buggy and unreliable. Avoid it at all costs, unless you want to be blacklisted from your own site and waste hours trying to resolve it.
