Locked out of site. Please respond!

  • Hallo. I installed the plugin, logged out to test it, entered the password, and got to my site. Then i wanted to login as admin, but now i can’t?! I get to the login page, but every time i enter my password, the sites just resets, and i can start over.. This is really inconvenient as we are about to launch and have a lot of money invested in this!

    I run a multisite installation, and i can access my other site, but when i want to access the main site, or network admin i can’t!

    I deleted the plugin through FTP, but i still can’t access my site now..

    Please help me out here. Thanks.

    When i enter my login info it just removes the password, and resets the page..

    If you’ve deleted the plugin it should have resolved it, so it may be a caching issue.

    Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache or quitting and reopening your browser?

    I also face a similar issue
    I have been logged out and have no way of resting the password.

    Can I delete from the backend?

    @ali.dolphin Have you tried deleting the plugin and if your web hosting has any sort of caching, clearing that?
