Locked out of WordFence.org

I’m “temporarily” locked out of WordFence.org. I’m a subscriber to WordFence Alerts so I requested an email to my subscribed address to help me unlock my access, but nothing showed up. I would guess that I don’t have an account on this system, unless my credentials are the same as those for www.ads-software.com, but if I do regain the ability to even _try_ to log in, I’m reluctant to try anything that might not work, since I’ll surely get locked out again. How can (re)gain access so that I can post comments?

If it matters, I’m using the free version of WordFence and for a variety of reasons don’t wish to purchase the “premium” version at this time.
