Locked out of wordpress website

Have you changed the url back by editing it in the database?

Installation
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

Upload the wordpress-force-https.php file to the /wp-content/mu-plugins/ directory.
Make sure you have define('FORCE_SSL_ADMIN', true); in your wp-config.php

Remove the wordpress-force-https.php to the /wp-content/mu-plugins/ directory.
Remove define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, true); in your wp-config.php

If i am not wrong then you might facing some issues related ssl. You should install simple ssl plugin on your wordpress. I have also faced this same issue with my https://indiatodays.in website. I can’t install ssl through cpanel. Then I used that plugin and my issue resolved

@bibek99 the problem is the OP needs to reverse the install of an SSL certificate after his host told him he has to wait one month to implement the SSL.
