Locked out of wp-admin

My website is EmilyAbigail.com. Everything was working correctly until one day when I tried to login (at Emilyabigail.com/wp-login orEmilyabigail.com/admin). When I typed in my username and password, it shook the login box indicating that it was incorrect. However, the day before it worked.

I then tried to reset my password by giving my email address. This also shook the box indicating that my email address was incorrect. This makes no sense because it worked the previous day! I am wondering if I have been hacked. I have no idea how to reset my WordPress passwords/username because I am not exactly a website guru.

Please advise me on some actions that can be taken. I am very frustrated. Thanks so much.
