• Hello,

    My IP has been locked out and I cannot access the dashboard anymore nor contact you on your website (using a VPN)

    I just installed the pro version (was using Gonzales so far) and I have a few questions:

    1/ Using the REGEX rules from your guide, it doesn’t seem to work. Site wide unload rules do not take exceptions into accounts, is there a workaround here? Followed your guide on how to add them. I do not believe that the page is being cached (as it has a query string generated by the plugin). Bulk rules created do not seem to updated in the dashboard either

    I use WP-Rocket + CF + SG Optimizer

    2/ The plugin is great and has amazing features, but it proposes to disable JS or CSS on pages even if it isn’t initially being loaded on that very page (which can be seen in GTMETRIX for ex) should I just leave it as is then or still toggle “unload”?

    Had to disable the plugin so far unfortunately and reactive Gonzales until further reply

    Made a mistake and selected 3 licenses instead of 1 (quite sure I selected one only, weird)

    Can you please either merge them into a 3 years one or refund me accordingly the difference?

    I cleared the logs recently and you shouldn’t be blocked anymore. I can resend you the purchase receipt if you wish or just send you a new download link, let me know if this is what you need.

    No problem! A partial refund has been issued to your card for $20 (a few business days might take until you will notice it as it’s typical with debit/credit card payments) which is the price difference between the Single and Plus licenses).

    PS: I will check the other problems you mentioned and get back to you.
