    I was testing the lockout feature. I locked myself out, then I requested instructions to unlock the site. It said it emailed me instructions to unlock the site but the email never arrived. I have tried twice now but still no email with unlock instructions. How long should it take? Benn over 30 minutes now. I checked my spam filter but it was not caught in there either. I sent a test email to the same email address with no problem so the email server is working.

    I just tried a DB backup. It should have sent it to the email address I provided in the “DB Backup” tab. That also has not arrived. Perhaps the Pricerr theme is at fault. I will disable the Pricerr theme and see if it makes a difference.

    That worked. Apparently the Pricerr theme and All In One WP Security don’t play nice together. I have no idea how to resolve this. I have to use the Pricerr theme but I can’t lock users out if they can’t get their unlock emails. For now it looks like I will not be able to use the lockout feature in All In One WP Security.

    @traxcat I am happy to hear you resolved your issue. Themes and plugins sometimes don’t play along. The plugin developers do the best to make sure this security plugin works well with all themes and plugins that follow WordPress development guidelines.
