Lockout Notifications from Host IP

Alright, so pretty consistently every day there is a lockout notification being emailed from ithemes in the ip range of about 0-30 on the final numbers. Checking each ip in the ip lookup says that the ip belongs to godaddy, my host.

Note this is on a windows server.

I’ve manually configured the web.config file to block that ip range however the notifications are still coming which would suggest that there seems to be something going on internally, with ithemes or otherwise. I’m about at the end of my ropes here and I’m hoping that we can get this worked out.
