Lockouts that last 0 minutes? What did I do wrong? :)

The host has been locked out until 2014-08-18 16:37:48 and the user has been locked out until 2014-08-18 16:37:48.That’s the message I get via email. What settings did I get wrong? I figured the admin user being banned automatically would ban them for more than 0 minutes ??
