• Good Morning,

I am trying to translate a theme but when I click on “Save” I retrive the “Error: Found”.
    In console I found this:

Loco Error: Ajax failure for save admin.js:8:6872
Object { status: 302, error: “error”, message: “Found”, output: “<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD…” } admin.js:8:6922
Provide the following text when reporting a problem:
    –8<–
    302 Found

    Found
    The document has moved here.

    Object output is this:
    “<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”><html><head><title>302 Found</title></head><body><h1>Found</h1><p>The document has moved here.</p></body></html>”

    What can I do?

Loco Translate relies on WordPress Ajax functionality. If it fails, something is blocking it. Often this is security software, but it could be another plugin you have installed.

You will see other people on this forum reporting similar problems. Many solve it via their hosting provider.

I can’t debug your site for you, but try disabling all other plugins and switching off any security software you have installed.
