Loco isn’t loading the translations from the custom folder

Hello,

we use BuddyBoss and Loco Translate, and we have moved the translation files from BuddyBoss Platform to the custom folder.
But after any update of the BuddyBoss Plugin it creates a new translation file in the plugin folder.
After any update, we have two translation files, one in the custom folder and one in the plugin folder, and it loads the translations from the one in the plugin folder not the one in the custom folder.

Shouldn’t it check if there is a translation file in the custom folder and if so load these translations?

The BuddyBoss plugin is also the only plugin that has two translation files after an update.
All other plugins only exist once.
