loco loads temp.po file

    I can’t tell you where the file comes from, but Loco has guessed it’s a template because it couldn’t find anything better.

    You can’t configure Loco to behave differently. If a theme is set up weirdly (which it looks like it is) then Loco won’t work with it.

    Version 2.0 is available for beta testing and allows you to specify which file is used for the template. The configuration options should allow many non-standard setups to work.
