    It’s not display:none, it’s rather displayed behind the main content. I presume that you’re using
    HEADER
    MAIN
    FOOTER
    structure, so… with the Locomotive Scroll, all the elements are z-index:auto starting top to bottom which makes the footer atop of all other elements.

    Anyhow, today I’ll try to push an update of “Steroids for Elementor”, there will be an option to remove the default data-scroll-section attributes that cause these little problems.
    So, I’ll leave this topic unresolved until you have a chance to update the plugin and see whether the new “feature” helps.
