    Hi,

I would like to translate “Germanized” plugin. On the first sight everything appears to be just fine, however something is not right, because translations are not working. I tried to relocate files and everything, but without any success.

I contact them first and they checked everything and it looks like you are the one who may help with this.

Here you can see what we were talking about, it is short: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/email-translations-2/

Is there any chance you can help with this?

    Thanks,
    M.

That’s a very long and confusing thread. Could you please explain here exactly what is not working and how it relates to the functions of my plugin.

Well, I see all the strings, but when I add a translation to any of them, nothing happens.

I tried to relocate loco files (system and custom location) that also did not help…

It is weird because I am finding all the strings.

Maybe if you can install their plugin and try to translate any part of any email. It takes 2 minutes. I would offer you a stage website here, but that is against the www.ads-software.com rules.

    Thanks,
    M.

If you see the strings then it sounds like the editor has done its job. Has Loco Translate saved your translations into a MO file? This is all it does.

If your problem is displaying translations then I cannot help. See translations not showing and the linked FAQs.

    Hi,

Yes. Everything is fine. I figured what is “the problem”.

    The answer is here.
