First of all I would like to thank you for this wonderful complement, they are seriously the best, but there are some things to correct.

Please solve this as quickly as possible,

There are strings that loco translate does not recognize, even though they are translated they still appear in English.

I already did a lot of tests and found out what this plugin is.

Please fix this, I leave a screenshot where I show the texts that cannot be translated by loco translate.

    My best wishes.

greetings, I look forward to your response.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
Thanks for the great comment and for sharing your experience!
Please make sure that you have synchronized the language template and then synchronized the translations of that template. Please also check you translated all string related to the username like {username}, Username %s since all strings if username in different format should be translated.

    Best Regards

    Please fix this.

let me know when this problem is solved.

Thank you so much for all the help and support.

They forgot this detail in the last update please fix it.

    A friendly and affectionate greeting.

Hi, now I’m using the previous version 2.5.1 and many strings that were not translated with the last update are now updated, but there are still things to correct.

There is a text that loco is not translating
    I leave a screenshot

    https://prnt.sc/z4ztkh

And this is a screenshot of the translated text in LOCO
    https://prnt.sc/z4zxpm

I think I know why it is not being translated, the original language that is English is not well written, please compare the string shown on the page and the string you are trying to translate loco are different.

the page shows “log out” and loco translate is translating “logout”.

Please, please check and fix this.

But fix in version 2.5.1, because the last version 2.5.2 is really bad, in the last version there are too many strings that are not translated.

Thank you in advance, and once again thank you for this add-on.
You just have to fix it and it will be the best complement for education.

    Best regards and blessings.

    thanks for everything.

    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
Please be kindly informed that strings are translatable. Please follow these steps:
    1. Choose the language you want to translate in the Settings > General
    2. Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > MasterStudy LMS (free version) and edit the template [Screenshot] Translations are working: [Screenshot] [Screenshot]
    3. Synchronize the template after applying changes. [Screenshot]
    4. Then synchronize the translation file [Screenshot] [Screenshot]
    5. Apply the same step for the Log Out string. Please note: Log Out string is written with space & without space (two log out strings), so try with the Log Out string, not Logout.

    Best Regards
