Loco Translate plugin is not working

This is strange, because we even have dedicated tutorial on how to use your own translations in the plugin and we use Loco in there.

Could you please provide step by step instructions on how you use Loco plugin? URL to a plugin would be useful as well, maybe we are talking about two different plugins.

As I said at the beginning, I translated the theme and all other plugins currently installed into Loco, and they all worked normally.
So, I wonder why only an Anycomment plugin doesn’t apply, and I am looking for a solution.

I tried to translate by changing the storage location of Loco to ‘system’.

The translation was successful.
However, if the storage location is ‘custom’, it cannot be translated.
I will feel uneasy whenever I update if this problem is not solved.
Because translation can be reset.
Why doesn’t it apply when the storage location is ‘custom’?
