• Ever since enabling Smart Plugin Manager on WP Engine, the history log is assigning plugin updates to a user who is not in fact making the plugin updates. Only SPM is making the updates.

    Thanks for the bug report. I have not used WP Engine myself and I don’t have any knowledge about how that plugin works. I will reach out to them and see if they can help in any way.

    I contacted WP Engine using a contact form I found (the only contact method I found) but all I got was a lot of marketing emails in my inbox :/.

    I’ll keep this support thread open and hopefully someone else has a solution or someone from @wpengine finds this thread and can add some details regarding this.

    @eskapism have you tried using the chat function on their website to reach @wpengine? That’s the only method that has worked for me. It doesn’t appear they reply much on here.
