Log file in S3

Looks like this is because BLC is using the standard PHP function is_writable() and possibly other functions later on as well to access the file. But for that to work, you need to have the S3 wrapper for PHP installed so that those standard functions can use the s3:// prefix – https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-php/v3/developer-guide/s3-stream-wrapper.html

I would suggest trying to get the SDK into a simple plugin that’s just activated on the site and provides all of the functionalities, including the S3 wrapper.
