Log files missing

    For some reason I can no longer see any log files for the backups on my site kirstengoss.co.za

    Is there a setting somewhere that turns this off? I can’t find one?

    How can I get my log files back?

    Hello,

    I am sorry to hear about this. There is not a specific setting that turns the visibility of the log files on and off.

    If the backups are available in the Backup / Restore >> Existing backups section but the log files are not, it usually means one of the following:

    • The log files have been deleted from the wp-content / updraft folder
    • The backups have been deleted and later rescanned from storage or uploaded directly

    In either of these cases unfortunately I do not think it would be possible to get them back.
