Log in and editing mystery: Cannot edit some posts that were once editable.

  • Hello, I am the administrator of a wordpress site, and normally the Editor can freely edit anypage. However recently no computer in his house can edit all documents equally. He logs in and some have the edit bar at the bottom, others do not. He tried it on his wifes computer, but it had the same problem. Does this have something to do with his connection or the server he uses?

    I am digging here, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    So the issues are

    > log in works fine
    > posts that normally are editable fail to show edit bar
    > the issue is not tied to one computer in the home but two.
    > the users have reinstalled browsers, but it has no effect.

    Is there anybody who might have an idea? I’d appreciate anything that can be offered to trouble shoot this. ??
