Log In Button Creates No Action

Just recently, the Log In button stopped working. The cursor changes to an arrow for about a second, then goes back to the hand. No action is performed. I have to go to my server, disable TML, log in the normal way, then re-enable TML.
It only happens on one of my sites (that I know of).
