Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

I am not certain what you mean “fresh download of WordPress” you mean the 3.42 ? and then upload that through FTP to the host site?

I don’t find anybody’s responses very easy to understand. Nobody will even help me with my issue, although it is very similar to this.

I have no idea how to administrate a page that you can’t log into, everybody mentions FTP and PHP but what the hell are they?

I think if you don’t know what FTP and PHP are you should contact someone who does know and can explain to you.

or contact your sysadmin to see what causes this because these are not general WP errors (if I’m correct)

WP is installed however when I log in I get the url and below a blank page
close but no cigar!
